Dรญli, 02/05/2025 Minister of Rural Development and Community Housing (MDRHC), together with the team monitored the construction of 25 units of Worthy houses built in Tunu-Bibi Sub-Village, Tapo-Memo Village, Maliana Villa Administrative Post, Bobonaro Municipality.
Of the total number of houses built in the area, some have shown progress and some have not, so the Minister of MDRHC has asked the implementing company, Rics Unipesoal Lda. Ltda. to work responsibly as Timorese to ensure that the projects are completed on time.
“The project of Worthy houses in four municipalities of Bobonaro is a little late because of late material problems, so I ask the company to accelerate the project according to the established time”, said MDRHC Minister.
MDRHC Minister informed that all projects that are implemented, if not completed on time, will extend the time, but in the future the company will no longer have confidence in the second.
The project is owned by the Ministry of MDRHC, through the General Directorate of Housing, Contract number CP/003/DNA/MDRHC/2024, total project 25 unit, with its cost, $798,762.26, and construction date starts on 04/11/2025
